We were delighted when Charles Russell Speechlys, a thriving international law firm, got back in touch with us to ask for our for help in defining their brand strategy and positioning as part of a wider project focussing on the firm’s 5 year plan for growth. We began with immersion and research, interviewing a number of key stakeholders in the business to uncover the essence of the firm's positioning leading to a proposition centred on meaningful relationships that create impact. Collaborating closely with the core project team, we then developed a fresh tone of voice and verbal identity, translating it into a new visual identity that truly reflects the brand Charles Russell Speechlys is today.

The visual identity was then rolled out across all brand touchpoints, including templates, brochures, business cards, corporate stationery, website design, and video. We have worked closely with the team to develop the Employer brand as part of the process creating messaging and assets for use across multiple channels.

The brand successfully launched in September and the feedback has been unanimously positive. Post-launch, our partnership with Charles Russell Speechlys continues to grow, as we work together to create engaging resources and content for both the internal and external audiences.
